Vegan/American. Vedge Restaurant offers an elegant dining experience of globally-inspired vegan cuisine. They use locally-sourced ingredients and their menu changes to reflect the seasons. Vedge is from the same husband and wife team of the popular Horizons. Reservations are accepted. Open Monday through Saturday for dinner. Closed Sunday.
