Ingredients (use vegan versions):

2 cups semolina flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups roasted, unsalted cashews, soaked in water overnight then drained
1 large clove garlic
1/2 rounded teaspoon salt
1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 (8-ounce) package seitan (I like Upton’s Naturals Italian-style)
