Burrizzas

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

One 12″ pizza crust, pre-baked (in a pinch, you can use two 9″ tortilla wraps)
1 cup refried beans
3/4  cup salsa
3/4  cup guacamole
1/2 cup sour “cream” (I use a tahini-miso-garlic-lemon-herb “cream”)
1/2 cup vegan “cheese” of choice (optional)
1 tablespoon vegan Parmesan “cheese” (optional)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
Assorted pizza-topping veggies of choice (green and red peppers are my favorite)
