Healthy, raw salt

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

3 large heads celery, chopped (with or without leaves)


1. Dehydrate celery pieces.

2. Grind into a powder.

The quicker celery dries out, the more flavor/aroma it retains.

Makes: 1 cup, Preparation time: 5 minutes, depending
