Second Siesta Chocolate Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 large flour tortilla
1/4 ounce unsweetened chocolate (I use 1/4 square Baker’s)
1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup


1. On pancake griddle, heat the coconut oil. Place the tortilla in the oil and rub it around.

2. Grate the chocolate on top of the tortilla. Sprinkle on the powdered sugar. Spread the yumminess around with a fork if needed.

3. Fold the tortilla to about 2” wide and let cook for another minute. Plate it and drizzle on the maple syrup.

Don’t need a lot of syrup…
