Tortilla Tower Bake

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

1/2 cup cooked rice
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup corn kernels (I used frozen)
1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup + 2 tablespoons vegan queso, divided (I used Nacho Mom’s)
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons vegan cheddar cheese, divided (I used Daiya)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
5 flour tortillas
